Monday, 11/26/18 through Friday, 11/30/18
Welcome to week 15! This is our final week of course content. This week we’re wrapping up our discussion of regression by considering how we model binary (dichotomous) outcomes. While linear regression techniques are appropriate when our outcome (DV) is continuous, we’ll need a different approach when we have a dependent variable that only takes on two values, 0 and 1. That technique is logistic regression, and it’s our focus this week.
Note that next week you’ll need to take the final exam for the course on Carmen. The exam will be available from 6:00 AM on Wednesday, 12/5 until 11:59 PM on Friday, 12/7. Once you start taking the exam, you’ll have 90 minutes to finish it.
